Executive Director, Courtnall Society for Mental Health

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of C&C’s client, the Courtnall Society for Mental Health.

This role includes overseeing the CSMH’s charitable giving program, governance, donor management, fundraising and supporting strategic planning for the organization. The ED will collaborate with C&C’s Sr. Finance Manager to create and manage the Society’s operating budgets and ensure that CRA requirements and reporting are met. The ED will also work directly with other team members in support of the success of the CSMH.

This position requires an experienced non-profit professional who is able to work autonomously, hold others accountable, set direction in line with the established mission and vision of the Society, and deliver measured results. While reporting to and gaining final approval from the CEO and Board of Directors, the ED has a broad latitude to drive the Society forward in pursuit of its mission and vision and provides vital continuity across all facets of the organization.

The CSMH, formerly the Courtnall Celebrity Classic Society, is in a phase of strategic revitalization and is currently planning to relaunch with a new identity as the Courtnall Society for Mental Health, with the focus and reach expanding from regional to national. This position is vital to the final planning stages for the relaunch, and will contribute to, and drive, final launch planning, in line with the newly established strategic direction.
